BUSINESS SALES MANAGER – B2B  OTE £70K+

As the Business Sales Manager you will build and lead a team, being responsible for the sales and marketing process from lead generation to ongoing sales and marketing closing strategies and account management. 

A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the following secure solutions services is required;   Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Biometrics, Time & Attendance Systems, Visitor Management Systems, Fire Alarms, Video/Audio Intercoms & Building Monitoring Systems.

This senior role requires a candidate with the ability to identify sales opportunities, manage multiple clients, plan and prioritise workload along with being target driven and have the ability to work on complex sales propositions. A proven track record in security sales solutions and management with the ability to develop new and existing relationships with key stakeholders and deliver tangible business value is required.

SENIOR SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - B2B SALES  OTE £50K+

We are currently recruiting both Senior Sales Account Executives and Sales Account Executives.

As a Sales Executive you will join a team responsible for coordinating lead generation, sales and marketing closing strategies and account management.

Knowledge of the following secure solutions services is desirable;   Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Biometrics, Time & Attendance Systems, Visitor Management Systems, Fire Alarms, Video/Audio Intercoms & Building Monitoring Systems.

This role requires the candidate to engage with clients, gather information, identify sales opportunities and plan and prioritise their own worklflow.  Previous sales experience is required preferably within the secure solutions services industry.

Security Installation and Service Engineer

SALARY & BENEFITS: £18k - £45k depending on level of experience and qualifications.  Company car/car allowance, mobile phone, pension and private healthcare.
WORKING HOURS: Full time
THE ROLE: The Security Installation and Service Engineer will join an experienced and committed team of Security Engineers reporting to the Engineering Manager. You will be working nationally, providing all disciplines of security, including but not limited to Intruder, Access and CCTV. This is a varied and interesting role covering all aspects of the industry - installation, maintenance and fault finding.

As a NACOS Gold Company they offer a 24/7 service to our client’s, so the successful candidate will be required to be part of the ‘on call’ rota.

Salary information - Security Installation and Service Engineer
£18-23K for a trainee/junior    £24-30K+ for a field engineer 
£35-45K+ senior engineer/Engineering Manager
Salary will be based on your experience and qualifications.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the role will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Security Engineer. A driving licence will be essential for national travel and you must be willing to work away from home occasionally.

Key experience essential for the Security Installation and Service Engineer role:

  • At least 3 years experience
  • Intruder alarm experience
  • UK Driving licence
  • Live within 25 miles of Crowthorne office (commutable from Slough, Reading and Guildford)
  • Must pass a security screening process
  • Must be willing to travel and occasionally work away from home.
  • IT awareness

Key experience desirable for the Security Installation and Service Engineer role

  • IPAF Licence
  • Honeywell Access Control Experience
  • Lock installation Skills
  • Networking knowledge
  • Experience of using honeywell Systems
  • CSCS ECS or equivalent
